A wonderful example of early 20th-century industrial design, this vintage ammeter is housed in a solid mahogany case with visible brass and bakelite terminal fittings. The dial, marked “SEC” and rated for 0–100 Amperes, has a beautiful aged patina, with original glass and needle intact.
The rear features a leather carrying strap and zero adjuster. This piece likely dates from the 1930s–1950s and was used in laboratories or workshops for heavy-duty current measurement.
