A vintage Wedgwood blue Jasperware cylindrical jar, made in England in 1974 and featuring the brand’s iconic white neoclassical relief decoration. This lidded pot is adorned with a raised laurel band, figures under trees, and a large white flower motif on the lid.
The base is clearly impressed: WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND, with the year code 74. These versatile jars were often used for tobacco, tea, or trinkets, and remain timeless collectibles.
Condition:
The jar is structurally sound and displays beautifully. The lid has three small chips to the white floral decoration, as shown in photos. Priced accordingly.
