A beautifully elegant antique fluted bud vase with a hand-blown green glass base and tall, ribbed neck, topped with a sterling silver collar. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1919, this piece bears the maker’s mark for John Henry Wynn, a renowned English silversmith.
An exquisite example of early 20th-century glass and silver craftsmanship. The collar has rich age patina, and the green-tinted base adds subtle colour to the clear glass body. Some chipping to the top edge of the glass (under silver rim) does not detract from its visual appeal.
